All HARPPA users will receive a 12-month warranty and lifetime service from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Repairs or replacements may be made using new or refurbished products or components, at our sole discretion.
If the product or a component incorporated in the product is no longer available, we may, at HARPPA's sole discretion, replace the product with the closest available model in terms of form, functionality, and performance to the original model.
How to Initiate a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service support at (firstname.lastname@example.org). In your support ticket, please provide the order number or sales invoice to our agent.
We may require you to return the product in order to process your warranty claim. If a return is necessary, we will provide you with return instructions and arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
Please note that refunds or replacements are not available for products that are man-made and defective.
