When the motion detection feature is enabled, HARPPA products capture images of detected changes and upload them to our servers to notify you of any motion events. By activating this feature, you agree that HARPPA may collect, transmit, upload, and retain such images. HARPPA maintains administrative and technical safeguards to ensure that only you and authorized users have access to these images. You can delete the images through the HARPPA app at any time.
HARPPA products are designed to provide a stable live view of your home from anywhere. To achieve this, you agree to HARPPA transmitting, uploading, and retaining your data outside of your country of residence. Only the necessary data for your usage will be transmitted, and all data will be encrypted during transmission.
The Service allows Users to upload or post video content (referred to as "User Content"). Additionally, the Service may permit you to provide feedback, comments, questions, and other information (collectively, "User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content that you upload, publish, display, link to, or otherwise make available on the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we act as a passive conduit and storage facility for the distribution and publication of your User Content. While we implement reasonable security measures to control access to your User Content, we do not guarantee its confidentiality.
By uploading, posting, publishing, or sharing User Content, you affirm, represent, and warrant that:

Except for your User Content, all materials within the Service, including software, images, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and other content (referred to as the "HARPPA Content"), as well as all Intellectual Property Rights associated with them, are the exclusive property of HARPPA its affiliates, or licensors. Any use of the HARPPA Content or materials on the Service not expressly permitted by this agreement is strictly prohibited.
You may choose to submit comments or ideas about the Service, including suggestions for improvements ("Ideas"). By submitting Ideas, you acknowledge that your disclosure is voluntary, unsolicited, and unrestricted. You agree that your Ideas do not create any fiduciary or other obligations on HARPPA, and we are free to use them without additional compensation. We may disclose the Ideas on a non-confidential basis or otherwise to anyone.

Due to the continual development of new techniques for intruding upon and attacking networks, as well as capturing ingoing and outgoing data, HARPPA does not warrant that the product, software, or services, or any equipment, system, or network on which the product, software, or services are used will be free of vulnerability to intrusion, attack, or capturing of data.
We may upload program log files to help engineers fix bugs and improve product quality.
Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. If any provision of this agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. If, for any reason, you decide to return a HARPPA product purchased from our website, you must notify us and return the product within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Please note that we do not take ownership of returned items until they arrive at our fulfillment center. In some cases, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In such situations, we do not assume ownership of the refunded item.
Please note that we do not accept returns of products purchased from other retailers. Those products are subject to the return policies of the respective retailer, and we disclaim any liability concerning the return of such products.
Shipping Fees and Refunds

How to Initiate a Return

Once your return request is processed, we will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return warehouse address, and make arrangements for a refund or replacement as soon as possible. Please ensure that you include all the original packaging when shipping the product back to us within 10 days of receiving the return instructions. Regular Priced Items Returns
Returns for regularly priced items are accepted within 30 days of purchase from the harppababy.com website. HARPPA does not accept returns of items purchased through any third-party, including its retail partners.
HARPPA does not accept returns of any items that have been used for any period. You MUST request and receive a Returns Authorization number (RA#). Returns without a RA# will NOT be accepted.
All returned items must be returned new and unused in the original packaging, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please use a package delivery service able to track and/or insure your return items. A 25% restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from the refund amount. A refund of the merchandise value, tax less the restocking fee will be refunded upon receipt and confirmation. Original shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded.
