2025 HARPPA High Chair Model BHC001 Voluntary Recall

At HARPPA, the safety of families and little ones has always been our highest priority. We rigorously test our products to meet and exceed industry standards, and continuously look for ways to make our designs even safer.

Through our ongoing product review, we identified that under certain circumstances, a structural issue could potentially develop in the affected high chair model. While there have been no reports of incidents or injuries, and the likelihood of this issue occurring is very low, out of an abundance of caution, we’ve chosen to conduct a voluntary recall in partnership with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).

This recall involves certain units of the HARPPA High Chair, model BHC001. The affected products were manufactured in August 2024 and later, sold exclusively online through Walmart.com, at prices ranging from $58.99 to $75.99.

Injuries Reported: None.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled high chair and follow the steps below to receive a free replacement.

How to Participate:

  1. Contact HARPPA — Please send an email to recall@harppababy.com with your order number, order date, and product details (model BHC-001-GRAY) to initiate the process.

  2. Provide Photo Evidence — You’ll be asked to submit clear photographic evidence showing the destroyed product. This ensures the recalled item is rendered permanently unusable.

  3. Receive a Replacement — Once verified, we’ll send you a new high chair (model HC220-GRAY) that meets all current safety standards.

Under U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission regulations, it is illegal to resell, distribute, or donate any recalled product within the United States. All affected items must be fully destroyed to prevent further use.
