Return Policy
If, for any reason, you decide to return a HARPPA product purchased from our website, you must notify us and return the product within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. Please note that we do not take ownership of returned items until they arrive at our fulfillment center. In some cases, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In such situations, we do not assume ownership of the refunded item.
Please note that we do not accept returns of products purchased from other retailers. Those products are subject to the return policies of the respective retailer, and we disclaim any liability concerning the return of such products.
Shipping Fees and Refunds
Thank you for considering our return policy. Typically, the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping fees for returns. However, we understand that circumstances may vary, so we assess each case individually to determine the appropriate course of action. Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address promptly after submitting the return request.
Rest assured, once we verify the return, we process refunds within 3 days. If the product is being returned due to a change of preference or for an exchange, kindly note that the buyer will be responsible for the associated shipping costs. Please be aware that the initial shipping amount will be deducted from the total refund.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at (care@harppababy.com). If your purchase was made through channels other than our official website, such as Amazon or Walmart, please reach out to our customer service team at care@harppababy.com.In your support ticket, kindly provide the order number or sales invoice to our customer service representative.
Once your return request is processed, we will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return warehouse address, and make arrangements for a refund or replacement as soon as possible. Please ensure that you include all the original packaging when shipping the product back to us within 10 days of receiving the return instructions. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of your return.
Regular Priced Items Returns
Returns for regularly priced items are accepted within 30 days of purchase from the harppababy.com website. HARPPA does not accept returns of items purchased through any third-party, including its retail partners.
HARPPA does not accept returns of any items that have been used for any period. You MUST request and receive a Returns Authorization number (RA#). Returns without a RA# will NOT be accepted.
All returned items must be returned new and unused in the original packaging, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please use a package delivery service able to track and/or insure your return items. A 25% restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from the refund amount. A refund of the merchandise value, tax less the restocking fee will be refunded upon receipt and confirmation. Original shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded. By placing an order on harppababy.com, you are accepting the terms of this return policy.
Promotions and Discounts (Regular Priced Items)
Please note that returns for products purchased with a promotional code or discount may be subject to specific terms and conditions.
