The pack and play itself is nice. I don’t like that it’s not all mesh but that’s my fault for not noticing. I gave it 3 stars because I hate the “pad” cardboard that it comes with. It has no slight padding, hard as a rock and doesn’t even fit entirely which to me is dangerous. Without the sheet you can’t really tell that it doesn’t fit entirely. Once you put a sheet (because let’s be real what baby will sleep on that without anything) the pad looks even smaller. If I had the choice I would have probably not bought it and went with a cheap Graco. I threw out the box so I cannot return it.

This pack and play is very versatile. There are so many attachments you could use such as convert it to a rocker, use the changing pad, and use it as a baby bassinet with the higher level attachment. Even with all the attachments it was still straight forward how to use, very similar set up with lot of other pack and plays. The instructions are very easy to read. Hard to pack up with all the attachments so I would probably leave them out of the bag for easy storage.
This harppa baby bassinet is very well designed. The collapsible feature enables us to store it in an extremely small footprint when not in use for some time. The two height positions for the bed allows us to drop it further down when our baby will start standing up. The rocking feature is amazing too. The only thing I can say is that maybe during the next design you may consider adding 4 wheels. However, maybe they already tried that and QA shows this is the best design. Overall, I love this bassinet.
First of all thank you Harppa baby as this was a giveaway item my baby won. This item is excellent my baby always looks so peaceful in her sleep as my baby is 3 weeks old and we have been using it as a bassinet since she came home. Very easy to attach the changing table and wipe up in case of messiness and has the wipe and diaper attachment which is convenient. I have yet to use the rocker mode but plan on it soon. Best free item I've ever received so blessed and thankful. Also, quick and easy installation.
Due to limited space capacity, we need a small bed for our new born before our rearrangement for crib space. This one is a good fit with its affordable price. It is easy to install and very sturdy. I like how it can drop one side down to access to the baby. We are happy with our purchase.

The bassinet came packed in a storage bag which is the best thing for me. So easy to store. I am using it on my first floor because it has 5 easy features which make my life easy. Can be used as a changing table and as a play yard for the baby. I truly love it and can be used till the baby is a toddler .
Set up instructions do not match play yard... nothing identified the clips were supposed to go into the poles... all videos instead show a pocket. Even the manual shows a pocket. Wasted lots of time trying to figure it out... also how do you not make fitted sheets for the play yard... what am I supposed to do if the baby has a blow out or spit up in the middle of the night
I bought this as a gift, and they were thrilled to receive it. It was on their wish list, and it's the perfect size to keep by the bed for convenience. It took a little while to assemble but was definitely worth it. It's a well-made product.
The product is of great quality with many nice features. My only suggestion would be to include a separate bag for the accessories. It came in two boxes, and it's clear that it won't all fit in the supplied bag. My grandson sleeps well in the bassinet, and I'm looking forward to using the elevated platform bed when he's ready.
