The Harppa Affiliate Program allows creators, influencers, and content partners to earn commission by sharing our products with their audience.

When someone purchases through your unique affiliate link or discount code, you earn a commission on that order.

We manage this program through Shopify Collabs, Shopify’s official creator partnership platform. This allows creators to easily track sales, performance, and commissions in one place.

You can join in two ways:

Option 1 – Apply directly

Submit an application through our affiliate page.

Option 2 – Invitation

Our team may invite creators directly through Shopify Collabs.

Once approved, you will receive:

• 
  Your personal affiliate link
  
• 
  A discount code for your audience
  
• 
  Access to your creator dashboard

Yes.

All affiliate tracking and payments are managed through Shopify Collabs, so creators must create a free Shopify Collabs account to participate.

Setting up an account takes only a few minutes.

You will need to:

• 
  Create a Shopify Collabs account
  
• 
  Connect your social media profiles
  
• 
  Add your payout information

To join the program, creators should generally:

• Have at least 1,000 followers on one social platform
• Have an audience related to:
  parenting
  family lifestyle
  home living
  product reviews
• Create authentic content aligned with the Harppa brand

All applications are reviewed individually.

Each creator receives a unique affiliate link and/or discount code.

When a customer clicks your link or uses your code:

• Shopify automatically tracks the referral
• The order is attributed to your account
• The commission is calculated automatically

All performance data can be viewed inside your Shopify Collabs dashboard, including:

• visits
• conversions
• total sales
• earned commissions

Affiliate tracking lasts for 90 days.

If someone clicks your affiliate link today and purchases within 90 days, the order will still be credited to you.

Commissions are subject to a 60-day holding period.

This holding period allows time for:

• returns
  
• refunds
  
• order cancellations
  

After the holding period ends, the commission becomes eligible for payout.

Shopify Collabs processes automatic payouts twice per month.

Payments are released automatically once:

• the holding period has ended
  
• your payout balance reaches $25 USD
  

Creators can receive payouts through:

• PayPal
  
• Bank transfer (via Shopify Partner payouts)

You must connect your payout method inside your Shopify Collabs account to receive payments.

Yes.

Your payout balance must reach $25 USD before Shopify processes a payout.

If your balance is below $25, it will roll over to the next payout cycle.

If an order is:

• refunded
  
• canceled
  
• fully returned

during the holding period, the commission associated with that order will be automatically canceled.

Yes.

Orders must be $50 USD or higher to qualify for affiliate commission.

Orders below this amount will not generate commission.

Yes.

Creators are encouraged to create authentic content using their own voice and style.

However, all content should:

• represent the product accurately
  
• follow platform guidelines
  
• avoid misleading claims
  

We may also provide optional:

• product images
  
• campaign materials
  
• brand assets

Yes.

You can promote Harppa products on any platform where your audience is active, including:

• Instagram
  
• TikTok
  
• YouTube
  
• Blogs
  
• Pinterest
  
• Facebook

Yes.

Once approved, you can promote any products included in the affiliate program and generate links to individual products or collections.

Depending on your location, Shopify may request tax information.

For example:

• U.S. creators may need to submit a W-9 form
  
• This may be required once annual earnings reach $599.99

Creators are responsible for managing their own tax obligations.

Inside your Shopify Collabs dashboard, you can view:

• total visits
  
• sales generated
  
• conversion rate
  
• earned commissions
  

These analytics update automatically based on your affiliate activity.
