I ordered this set for my grand daughter, whom I babysit. We've used it for two months now. It was easy to set-up. It's pretty sturdy. I purchased their basic set and didn't need the extra gate I purchased separately (since the site I bought it from wasn't clear as to whether I was getting a door with it). I've combined it with the smallest muscle mat, and while that fits one way, it's too small for the other way, so I added a few basic doggy mats to that end from TJ Maxx to help cover the gap. I want to order another set for upstairs, and I get 15% for reviewing with a video, so here you go. Door to gate opens with one hand. Works nicely.
This is honestly amazing. My 20 pound 9 month old baby who is in 18 month pjs hangs off it as he learns to stand ip and it doesn’t break. Love it’s huge and non toxic! Ordered a separate panel to maximize the space for him and it’s just perfect. Thanks so much guys.
One of my spare pieces got lost during shipping so I reached out to customer service. They went above and beyond to help me receive 2 spare parts instead of one because the original part was sold out. I will be ordering one more spare part as soon as it’s restocked because we love our harppa playpen!
I ordered additional panels for our play gate, which took a few more months than expected to be delivered. The customer service response was great in the meantime. However, once I finally received the additional panels they do not fit into the connectors that I also purchased. Overall, we love our play gate, but I’m disappointed in the additional panels not fitting the same as the originals.

By the time this item had arrived I don’t use it anymore. I don’t need it no indication when it was arriving or when I was going to get it it just showed up.

We love the new playpen from Harppa. Being able to swap in/out different sized panels is great as we were able to make it bigger to fit our child's needs.
There was a slight issue with one of the orders, but Harppa Customer Service came through to make it right. We are super thankful for all the help and attention given in this matter and will definitely recommend it to new parents.
I ordered two Part C panels to expand my playpen and noticed that the panel size and connectors seemed to have been updated, so my old connectors didn’t fit. Customer service was extremely helpful. They quickly got back to me and sent two sets of new connectors for the panels. I’ve had the best experience with both the playpen and their customer service. My son loves it!
The item I order was purchase so to the first door breaking . We placed an order for a door and received it rather quickly. However, upon installing it on our already standing playpen, we noticed that some parts of the door had to be fixed by us in order to work probably. The screws on the door that hold the latches to lock onto the playpen were loose. We attempted to tighten but they continued to come undone. We ended up having to remove the screws and replace with larger ones.
