I bought the Harppa playpen on Amazon. Decided to make it bigger so as to accommodate a ballpit inside. Harppa customer service was great and assisted me to buy two extra 35 inch panels with 8 flat angle connectors. It was seamless. It's a high quality playpen, aesthetically beautiful and easy to assemble and disassemble. It is also sturdy. It did not buckle nor warp under the weight of my 11 month old grand-daughter during her 2 week visit. I highly recommend the Harppa playpen as well as the Harppa company for its sharp sense of design and great customer service.
We got our Harpaa playpen in January and used it as it’s meant to be (in rectangle form) but when we realized our son was mad at being confined even in a larger playpen space we decided to try to make it more like a wall/gate - the straight connectors helped us and we still have enough of them along with a couple more corners to make all kinds of configurations now!
Best company to work with!! So helpful, couldn’t have made the process any easier! I wanted help building a custom pen and they laid it out so simple which pieces I needed to buy. Also worked with me to get me very limited stock pieces. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Yuri is the best!!!
The connectors do what they’re supposed to, no issues there. My review stems from the journey it took to get my item. I ordered them with the understanding they were back ordered but would ship out the following week. It took a month to get my item, only after I reached out to customer service three times - 2x via phone (zero help) and 1x via email. Incredibly frustrating that I was asked to confirm the playpen I have to be able to receive an item I paid for. I can guarantee not every customer has to answer a laundry list of questions and send in pictures to get their item.
It was what I expected, but it took a while to get to me. They said it was a preorder item, but it didn't make sense if they are standard connectors. Oh well, I guess everything is okay.
Looks the same as the ones you get with the playpen but the batch I got were slightly smaller which required some brute force to get the panels to slide in.
