2026 Harppa Wooden Baby Playpen Gate Model PP04 Voluntary Recall

Harppa is conducting a voluntary recall of certain Harppa Wooden Baby Playpen Gate units sold in Canada. This recall applies to Model PP04 with the following lot codes:

2412150360
2503080364

Products currently sold by Harppa are not included in this voluntary recall. This recall applies only to Model PP04 with the specific lot codes listed above.

This recall applies only to the Harppa Wooden Baby Playpen Gate, Model PP04, with the specific lot codes listed above. Consumers should immediately stop using the affected product and contact Harppa to receive a replacement playpen gate.

Recall Scope and Background

As part of this voluntary recall, Harppa is providing support for affected Model PP04 units sold in Canada.

The affected products were sold in Canada from October 2024 to May 2025. A total of 473 affected units were reported as sold in Canada.

This voluntary recall is limited to the affected Model PP04 units with lot codes 2409200385, 2412150360, and 2503080364.

If your playpen gate is not Model PP04, or does not have one of the listed lot codes, it is not included in this voluntary recall. If you are unsure which model or lot code you have, please contact us at recall@harppababy.com and our team will help review your product information.

Reason for the Recall

The screws on the affected Harppa Wooden Baby Playpen Gate may loosen and detach from the gate, which could pose choking and injury hazards to children.

As of May 10, 2026, there have been 4 reports of incidents and no reports of injury in Canada.

What You Should Do

If you have an affected Harppa Wooden Baby Playpen Gate, please stop using it immediately and contact Harppa for a replacement playpen gate.

Please do not continue using the affected playpen gate while waiting for your replacement.
