Unlock the side switch, then give it a soft push by hand. The top-glide motion feels smooth and natural, with no motor, buttons, or noise. Lock all four wheels before using sway mode.

How to Set and Use the Wheels
Lift the buckle to unlock the wheels when you need to move Cuddly Sway. Press it down to lock them again. Always lock all wheels before placing baby inside or using sway mode.
How to Adjust the Height
Press both side buttons at the same time, then raise or lower the bassinet. Choose from 5 height levels. Before placing baby inside, make sure both sides are locked at the same height.
How to Set Up Bedside Mode
Unzip and fold down the side closest to your bed. Line up the bassinet with your mattress, then secure the anchor straps to your bed frame. Press gently to check stability before placing baby inside.

Is this bassinet safe for overnight sleep?
Yes. Cuddly Sway is designed for newborn sleep and has been third-party tested to meet ASTM F2194-16e, ASTM F2906-13, CPSC, and CPSIA standards. For bedside sleeper mode, always use the included anchor straps and follow the setup instructions to keep the bassinet securely attached to your bed.
Can I use it from day one?
Yes. It’s made for newborns from 0–5 months and supports up to 9 kg / 19.84 lbs. Stop using it once your baby can roll over, push up on hands and knees, or reaches the weight limit.
Will this bassinet work with my bed?
Cuddly Sway works best with standard metal or wooden bed frames that have open space underneath, so the bassinet can sit closely beside your mattress.
For safe bedside use, the floor-to-mattress height should work within the bassinet’s 5 height levels, 19.3"–22.4". It is not recommended for platform beds, Tatami-style beds, storage beds, box beds, recessed beds, water beds, or beds without enough clearance.
How is it different from a regular bassinet?
Cuddly Sway works as a bassinet, bedside sleeper, and gentle rocker in one. The biggest difference is the soft upper-frame glide. It sways gently from the top, more like a parent’s hands, instead of rocking from the base. No motors, no batteries, no extra noise.
Is the sway motion motorized?
No. The sway is fully manual. Just unlock the side switch, give it a gentle push by hand, and let it glide softly. When you want it to stop, lock it back into place. Always lock all four wheels before using the sway.
Will the rocking motion wake my baby?
The motion is designed to be soft and steady, not bouncy or jolting. It glides from the top frame, so it feels closer to a gentle hand-rocking motion.
Does the mattress come included?
Yes. The bassinet includes a 5-layer mattress designed with a quilted cotton cover, TPU waterproof barrier, resilient fiber support core, stable MDF base, and easy-care bottom cover.
Is the fabric safe for my baby’s skin?
Yes. The padded upper rail fabric is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, Product Class I certified and tested for 100+ restricted substances. The outer fabric is soft, breathable, and tested free from lead and phthalates, so it feels gentle for everyday newborn use.
How easy is it to clean?
Very easy. The 100% cotton quilted mattress cover is removable and machine-washable. The outer fabrics are soft and durable, and you can wipe down the surfaces with a damp cloth.
Can the outer fabric be removed?
The full outer fabric is not fully removable, but it is designed to be easy to wipe clean. The mattress cover is removable and washable.
Can I adjust the height?
Yes. Cuddly Sway has 5 adjustable height levels from 19.3" to 22.4", helping you line it up with different bed heights for easier feeds, check-ins, and bedside use.
Can it help with reflux or spit-up?
After feeding, you can gently tilt one side between 3°–7° to help reduce spit-up and support more comfortable rest. Always follow the manual and keep the tilt within the safe range.
Does it move easily around the house?
Yes. The 360° lockable wheels glide smoothly from room to room. Lock the wheels before placing your baby inside, using bedside mode, or using the sway.
Will the wheels scratch wood floors?
The wheels are designed for smooth movement across most home floors. For delicate wood floors, we still recommend checking the surface first and locking the wheels when the bassinet is in use.
How much space does it take up?
The outer dimensions are about 40.2" × 27.2". It also includes a built-in storage basket underneath for diapers, wipes, burp cloths, pacifiers, and other small baby essentials.
Can I use it for travel or at grandparents’ house?
Yes. It weighs about 10.3 kg / 22.7 lbs and has a tool-free setup, so it can be moved, stored, or brought along for overnight stays more easily than a full-size crib.
Can this bassinet be used for twins?
No. Cuddly Sway is designed for one baby at a time, with a maximum weight limit of 9 kg / 19.84 lbs. For twins, use two separate bassinets.
Can my baby nap in it during the day?
Yes. It can be used for daytime naps and overnight sleep. Always place your baby on their back and keep the sleep space free of pillows, blankets, toys, or loose items.

I received this bassinet as a gift, and we’ve been using it since the day we brought our baby home from the hospital. She’s now 4 months old, and we’ve absolutely loved it! It’s incredibly spacious, easy to roll from room to room, and the rocking feature is amazing. It made the early months so much easier, and I’ve already recommended it to several of my pregnant friends.
The only minor issue I’ve noticed is with the wheels — occasionally they don’t roll as smoothly as I’d like. I wish the wheels were a little higher quality, but it’s definitely not a dealbreaker and wouldn’t stop me from recommending this bassinet to others.
We have a pretty standard bed frame, and this bassinet can’t work as a bedside sleeper with our bed. The wheels stick out significantly on the sides (see photo) making it so that it can’t get close enough to safely use as a bedside sleeper. You would have to have an unusually high bed frame for it to work for you because the wheels jut out so much that even if your bed frame were a couple inches higher than ours, it may not get close enough. Seems like a careless design for a bassinet intended to use as a bedside sleeper. Otherwise it’s nice, but if you want a bedside sleeper, just make sure you have a very high bed frame before ordering this one.
This bassinet is tool-free for assembly and offers three functions. It collapses for storage when not in use. Initially, I thought it felt flimsy, but once fully assembled, it's sturdy and mobile. The height adjusts easily, and the netted sides provide airflow to keep the baby cool and safe.

Just what we needed to safely cosleep! A little inconvenient when you have a nightstand and baby isn't as readily accesible, and getting in and out of bed can be a a hassle, but definitely worth it! Especially those first 8 weeks post C Section!

After a long wait, there was a broken part in the box. Then you want me to send pictures and my order number as if you don’t have my emailed tied to the order number and I shouldn’t have to send pictures. You guys made the mistake, not me. I shouldn’t have to do more work for something I paid for.
